With more than 45 years of experience in the building industry across Queensland and New South Wales, Scott Widdicombe brings unparalleled expertise spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. Since beginning his career in 1975, Scott has built a reputation as a trusted and respected leader, holding open construction licences and plumbing and drainage licences in both QLD and NSW. His specialist knowledge in Design & Construct contracts has positioned him at the forefront of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across diverse project types.

Throughout his career, Scott has successfully founded and directed several construction companies, giving him a unique perspective on business operations, project feasibility, and risk management. This entrepreneurial background, combined with his extensive on-the-ground knowledge, ensures that projects are not only commercially viable but also meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and functionality.

As Director of Arcadian Constructions, Scott plays an active and hands-on role in every development undertaken by the company. His leadership is defined by precision, integrity, and client-focused outcomes—ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
