His specialist knowledge in Design & Construct contracts has positioned him at the forefront of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across diverse project types.

Throughout his career, Scott has successfully founded and directed several construction companies, giving him a unique perspective on business operations, project feasibility, and risk management. This entrepreneurial background, combined with his extensive on-the-ground knowledge, ensures that projects are not only commercially viable but also meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and functionality.
